Built to combine tourism and exploration with science, LE COMMANDANT CHARCOT has state-of-the-art research facilities onboard, including wet and dry labs, sonars, beacon buoys, a salinometer, a corer, and a drone that all aid in research and analysis studying water, air, ice and biodiversity in extreme polar regions.
