SEE SYDNEY & SAIL THE BAY

Sydney is Australia’s most glamorous city. Its bay-side location, with the Sydney Opera House on the waterfront, makes it endlessly photogenic. You’ll explore its multi-cultural food scene, whether at the markets in chic Bondi Beach, atmospheric Carriageworks, or the giant Sydney Fish market.

The latter displays the surrounding water’s stunning biodiversity and underwater color. Sample some of the Sydneysiders’ favorite species before an exclusive fish prep masterclass at Paddington’s renowned Fish Butchery.

Next, it’s up on to the iconic Harbour Bridge. Feeling the breeze at the summit, over 400ft above the navy blue waters of the bay, you’ll drink in the panoramas over the famous skyline.

The off-the-beaten-track North Shore is characterized by verdant national parks, quiet beaches, and its own superb food scene. Immerse yourself in tranquil surroundings by walking the coastal path, dipping into natural rock pools, seeing exotic flora, and discovering waterfalls near hidden beaches.

As the sun turns the skyscrapers a warm orange, board a private yacht for a tour of Sydney Harbour, taking in the city’s architectural charms as the streetlights begin to pop into life.

A short hop by plane takes you to Kangaroo Island. Climb onto your quad bike or alternative vehicle for a true Australian safari, scouting the bush and Cygnet River for the island’s most famous residents as well as wallabies, parrots, and koalas.

See the sea lion community at Seal Bay where an expert will explain their feeding and breeding patterns. Cut through the ocean on a speedboat on a dolphin-spotting expedition until, cetaceans are found, dive in for an unforgettable swim with these engaging creatures.
