After an early morning departure from Jerusalem, you’ll board a helicopter bound for the Dead Sea. The scenic flight will give you gorgeous perspectives on Jerusalem’s Old City, the Judea Desert, and the Mar Saba Monastery, with Bedouin tribes and camels visible in the wilderness.

You’ll land at Masada—a mountain top fortress and one of the most breathtaking sights in Israel. After an exclusive tour, you’ll enjoy a fresh picnic lunch in this peaceful location before the helicopter takes you to the shores of the Dead Sea. Wade into the mineral-rich waters and enjoy the remarkable buoyancy.

Camp that night on the edge of the Ramon Crater in the Negev Desert, watching as the landscape glows red and gold in the sunset. After dinner around the campfire, beneath a night sky unmarred by light pollution, you’ll join your guide in looking at the stars through a telescope.

After a traditional Israeli breakfast, freshly cooked in this peaceful spot, you’ll set out across the desert on a 4×4 quad. Your pulse-racing adventure will take you over the golden dunes and into the Ramon Crater’s arid heart.

Return to civilization with a trip to Tel Aviv. Beautiful Mediterranean beaches, a thriving cultural scene, incredible nightlife—this city has it all. Try its culinary delicacies and walk the waterfront, choosing between lively beaches full of locals or quieter, secluded spots.

As a counterpoint to all of this gleaming modernity, there is the Jaffa district. One of the world’s most ancient ports and a seductively charming neighborhood, it’s a treat to explore. Enjoy the sensory overload of Carmel Market—Tel Aviv’s largest food market—trying delicious morsels offered up by Israel’s various ethnic groups represented within.

In the evening, head to Tel Aviv’s vibrant port area for a memorable Mediterranean dinner at Kitchen Market. With advice from our local associates, head out along the beachfront to discover the best of the city’s nightlife.

Your trip finale will see you fly by helicopter to the country’s lesser-known north. Your scenic trip will take in the city of Haifa arranged handsomely on Mount Carmel, as well as the Baha’i Gardens and Atlit’s Crusaders’ fortress.
