Set within 136,000 acres of dramatic countryside between Lake Wanaka and Queenstown, Mahu Whenua Homestead is finally reached after a joggling journey up an unmetalled track. Stay in the elegantly decorated suites with their king-size beds and private bathrooms or try the woodland cottage for some added privacy and picturesque views of Motatapu Valley.
The shared Homestead areas and spacious and comfortable, with timber beams, exposed brick, and a pair of huge fireplaces keeping any chill in the alpine air outside of the full-length windows.
