The remote sanctuary of Chalet Pelerin provides 180-degree views of the surrounding Tarentaise Valley. It’s set in the off-the-beaten-track mountain hamlet of Le Miroir (population: 30).

The chalet offers magnificent views over snow-topped roofs out towards the mighty splendor of the alpine mountains. Evergreens cluster around the back of the chalet as it nestles into the mountainside.

With access to seven ski resorts including Tignes and Val d’Isère, there are endless runs and legendary off-piste to explore. You’ll end your day skiing straight to your chalet door.

So close to the Italian border, Chalet Pelerin delivers access to three heli-ski bases, with runs averaging 1,000 to 2,200 vertical meters. This beautiful alpine mountainside also plays host to a plethora of summer activities with scenic hikes, white water rafting, and adrenaline-fueled via Ferrata.

Built-in a traditional farmhouse style Chalet Pelerin’s timber-and-stone frame is truly enchanting. Aglow with the warming light of a flickering fire it is the perfect refuge to recharge after a powder day.

Ski straight to the Alpage, an old sheep herder’s hut where staff carve out a snowbank seating area and serve appetizers around the fire. Immersed in the local culture, food plays an important part in your chalet experience with hearty breakfasts and warming Savoyarde dishes accompanied by French wines.

Indulge in backcountry picnic lunches with a glass of bubbly and fine French cheese. Offering comfort and luxury throughout the interior, the chalet is the perfect place to unwind.
